By applying our proprietary methodology, we create specific talent profiles by each selling role, and scorecards to evaluate and validate potential A-Players. Based on our previous assessment of your GTM strategy and value propositions, we offer any recommendations for improvement, if needed.

Execute & Measure
We manage the sales talent transition process. Using our extensive sales network, we publicize the opportunity and drive interest in our client's available sales roles. We utilize our Elite Grading engagement to determine potential candidate's drive and goal alignment with the position. We then recommend only those candidates that meet all requirements for each position.
